Pedras da Rainha
On the other side of Tavira from Santa Luzia parish (which includes Pedras d’el Rei) lies the parish of Conceição e Cabanas de Tavira. Cabanas (fishing huts) for the tuna fishing industry existed there since 18th Century and evolved into a site of permanent settlement.
Around 1973, another new village - with tourism in mind - received government finance for a site adjacent to Cabanas de Tavira, to be named Pedras da Rainha. The same “Pedras Group” of anonymous corporations has controlled Pedras da Rainha and Pedras d’el Rei throughout 50 years.
*Wikipedia reports (citing Stapleton, Timothy J. (2013). A Military History of Africa. Vol. 2. ANC-Clio. p. 107. ISBN 9780313395703) that the first ever use of barbed wire against humans may have been when 275 Portuguese soldiers defeated (using guns and barbed wire) an estimated 6,000 indigenous people during Combat of Magul in 1895 (part of Portugal’s claim to exercise sovereignty over the territories between Angola and Mozambique).
The human population of Algarve appears to have lost all moral sentiment throughout 200 years of murdering innocent tuna fish and, by 1970s, it needed a new hobby. Catholic masters put slaves to work in expropriating foreign tourists, releasing even more leisure in the sun to smoke and drink. Beneficiaries of Poortugal’s corporatist regime got worried shitless about international sanctions if they hid wealth derived from fascism in off-shore trusts, so many purchased Algarve real estate throughout 1970s and 1980s. When those investors in empty houses died off, new little-Hitlers have systematically stolen the property by bribing an elite class of schizophrenic criminals (with degrees in law) known as “doctors” in Portuguese language.
Portugal’s problem with corruption could easily be resolved by attending to lessons from history. Epicurus of Samos refuted the possibility of Gods interfering with human affairs more than 2 millennia ago, thus defeating Catholic Church before that nation of scammers was even imagined. Portugal’s status as a vassal state to Vatican City, in 2024, is an embarrassment to the world. In 18th Century, David Hume discovered (whilst visiting France) the advantages of a common human language and abandoned his native Scots in favour of English. Ever since Acts of Union of 1707 (which might have been averted, had more wool and fish from Scotland been exchanged with wine from France), Scotland’s separate legal system and common language with England holds cultural importance to many humans. By maintaining independent laws in 1707 (whilst changing its language), “Scotland” has become a globally-recognised nation in 21st Century, whilst - simultaneously - not being a nation.
Could humans recognise economic opportunities of free international trade and universal peace, by means of a common language for planet earth?
In 2024, a majority of humans in Portugal appear fluent in English language when choosing to abstain from crime. The language of Portugal (in Algarve) is often synonymous with crime. By contrast, in former colonised nations it may represent an opportunity for economic improvement via emigration.
On 5th March 2024, I searched for evidence of Portugal’s Postal Reform Act of 1852 (following UK legislation of 1840 which created the world’s first postal stamp, ‘Penny Black’) at Pedras da Rainha (Cabanas de Tavira). For the entire village (many hundreds of independent homes), I found a single post box:
This solitary and unidentified postbox (perhaps corresponding to several hundred independently-owned houses) stands upon a public sidewalk, causing a constant trip-hazard to passersby. When seeing it, I was flooded by sudden depression from empathy with the postbox… lonesome, upon a public sidewalk.
Yesterday, I received this email from MENAC:
On Thursday last week (within 2 hours of calling a shareholder in USA) I received a call from CTT in Lisbon; I was promised corrective action: delivery of my mail to me and not to a criminal organisation.
It is clear that the legislated norm of “aldeamento turistico” is derived from legal precepts established by Portugal to subdue native peoples in former overseas colonies. Portugal is not alone in this abuse: Several colonial powers deprived colonised peoples of basic human rights. Poortugal, however, stands out by the transposition of this abuse of human rights into the legislation of its main territory. Portgual simply imported - into its legitimate territory - colonial legislation for “aldeamentos” designed for the abuse of aliens.
The same criminal organisation in Tavira has operated God (god@ps.pt) throughout 50 years, by systematic methods of deception, bribery and corruption. A small group of calculating criminals has expanded its influence into all public authorities in Tavira Municipality, ever since Carnation Revolution of 1974. Bosses of Tavira Mafia (in 2024) own many vehicles and live in plush homes, whilst also maintaining various adult children, grandchildren, relatives, slaves and investors in states of subjugation and obedience.
Tavira Mafia has also scammed Tesouro Público de Portugal (or Testes Públicos de Portugal?) and millions of foreign tourists, throughout several decades. For example, the criminal organisation controlling Pedras da Rainha and Pedras d'el Rei cultivates an abundance of unnecessary grass in both locations (visible from Google Earth), which might be of interest to Associação de Beneficiários do Plano de Rega do Sotavento do Algarve:
Besides from wasting rainwater and scamming absent idiots, employees of Tavira Mafia routinely perpetrate other abuses against Planet Earth such as operating carbon-polluting machines for no understandable reason. Portuguese prosecutors must examine key individuals behind Pedras d’el Rei and Pedras da Rainha, as well as orchestrators of other professionally-organised real estate crime, possibly connected with places such as Quinta Velha (Cabanas de Tavira) and/or Nora Velha (Tavira), both in Tavira Municipality. Several members of Portugal’s Order of Avocados appear to be actively involved in this organised crime.
P.s. My “junk mail folder" includes many dozens of automatic replies from ‘Câmara Municipal de Tavira’, saying that emails could not be delivered. The status of ‘undeliverable’ appears to be by design of Câmara Municipal de Tavira and not for any technical reason.
P.p.s. Does “Vatican City” maintain an army"? If another nation usurped control of Vatican City, would other nations recognise the winnings? (Jesuit Order in its second incarnation seems less of an elite military force than in its first incarnation; whereas, Portuguese Inquisition/’Court of the Holy Office’ seems alive and well in Portugal in 2024.)
