Publicly Prosecute!
To: The Public Prosecutor's Office and the People of Portugal
In recent days I have spoken to several residents of Santa Luzia and Tavira about organized crimes perpetrated by the "Pedras Group" of anonymous entities in a complex web of collaboration with others. By reporting some of the responses, I hope to persuade you that a high-profile criminal case against José Pedro Chaves Queiroga Valentim and Vasco José Queiroga Valentim - with nationwide publicity - is in the public interest.
These men seem to have structured their entire lives around highly organized crime and institutional corruption, directly linked to the Portuguese fascist dictatorship. They worked throughout their lives to prevent the economic and social transformations made possible by the revolution, to falsify facts and erase the democratic values it represented. The pernicious effects of the Queiroga municipal dictatorship (which lasted longer than the Estado Novo) are clearly visible in the population of the municipality of Tavira and the parish of Santa Luzia.
On December 22, near the Tavira Town Hall, an educated man physically prevented me from giving written information to other people.
On December 22 and 23, in Santa Luzia and Tavira, many elderly people were afraid to receive information and refused calm attempts at communication.
On December 23, in Santa Luzia, an employee of "Grupo Pedras" said that he works for a criminal organization and added that he "doesn't care".
On December 23, in Santa Luzia, a different young man claimed that Pedras d'el Rei is "a private village" and opposed its integration into the parish of Santa Luzia (unaware that it is already integrated, according to law) on the grounds that this would result in "economic damage". The young man seemed genuine in his conviction that the local economy would suffer if >700 unoccupied houses became available for housing. His main reason for opposing the incorporation of Pedras d'el Rei into the Portuguese Republic was that he might have to pay for the cutting of the public lawns. He used clever but false arguments to prevent me from talking to 4 other people and physically blocked my attempt to provide written information to others.
My impression is that the Portuguese inhabitants of Santa Luzia have been deliberately indoctrinated into false beliefs about law, politics and economics, which is why they are resistant to information from outside the Kingdom of Vasco. They insist on denying the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and preventing the rights it enshrines. José Pedro Chaves Queiroga Valentim and Vasco José Queiroga Valentim share the mission of mutilating and impoverishing the democratic values of the Portuguese people, with the aim of fraudulently accumulating personal wealth and power. The young man I met yesterday in Santa Luzia couldn't understand that I don't want to steal his money. I am the victim of a crime committed by an organized group of Portuguese, but I am not seeking revenge against those who have been fed lies for decades and who are themselves the victims of others. What I want is a public and high-profile trial for Vasco Queiroga and his father, as well as their closest collaborators. Most of the Queiroga dynasty's collaborators should simply be forced to read the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and to have their understanding of it examined.
Best regards,
